- A minimum advance payment of 20–30% of the total amount is required to confirm your booking; the remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of the trip.
- Prices mentioned on the website are subject to change without prior notice based on seasonal rates, fuel costs, or government taxes.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour will be eligible for a full refund (excluding transaction charges). No refund applies for cancellations within 3 days of travel.

- Travelers are responsible for providing accurate personal details and ensuring valid ID proof during travel.
- In case of vehicle breakdown or unavoidable issues, an alternate vehicle or equivalent arrangement will be provided at no extra cost.
- Any damage caused to vehicles, hotel property, or equipment by the traveler will be their full responsibility.
- Rajasthan India Tour reserves the right to modify itineraries or replace services with similar quality alternatives in case of unforeseen circumstances.
